Learn how to prepare the most typical dishes of Peruvian Gastronomy in a 100% bio way!
Liz is fond of Peruvian cuisine, especially when it is 100% organic! She left her job of ecology engineer a few years ago in order to dedicate herself to vegan cuisine.
The cooking class proposed by Liz lasts about 3 hours during which you will prepare various typical dishes of Peruvian gastronomy:
- Seaweed Ceviche
- Papa a la huancaina
- Carapulcra (potatoes-made specialty)
- Rocotto relleno (Arequipan specialty)
- Solterito (salad)
- Chicha morada (Peruvian emblematic drink made of purple corn)
The above-mentioned menu could vary according to the season and availability of the products.
Of course the cooking class will end with a tasting session of the prepared dishes!
The participants will leave the class with their recipes book and their little food basket with bio products, including some ingredients used for the preparation of the recipes practiced during the cooking class!
